  1. They probably wouldn't bring any transfer ban in immediately.
  2. Then they only have themselves to blame. It might not just be work commitments or anything, people may just have other interests outside of football.
  3. So once again you blame effect and not the cause...
  4. Is it a shoe that convicted them?
  5. Also that we closed the four corners of our ground when we went into league one. Idiots.
  6. Lol. Blackpool are a small club. Any player would MUCH rather play for us than them. It's funny that my comments have provoked such vitriol though. I've never liked Holloway he is such a tool.
  7. It doesn't happen often, but I totally agree with you adrian.
  8. I would imagine the problem is that there are certain substances that are undetectable. Dopers are always one step ahead.
  9. If he doesn't win a medal then the hype over him has been ridiculous. Before the games some coaches were suggesting that he wasn't training as much as he should. I guess we shall see...
  10. Good for you. Not everyone makes football the biggest expense in their lives though.
  11. I don't want to go enough.
  12. That's another reason. I'm a saints fan so I don't give a toss about watching the big teams. I'm much more likely to do something like Wigan at home.
  13. Why are we going over this again? it is clear that a number of people dislike the shirt this year but many are relieved that it is just a one year thing and are hoping that we revert back to a more standard red and white striped design next year. Lets move on...
  14. Its not a problem its common sense. I'll be going to less games this year as its more expensive and away games I don't generally travel too far up north unless I make a weekend of it as its too much of a trek. I suppose I'm a terrible fan
  15. Depends if you book in advance or in a group I would have thought.
  16. Yeah but in that case there really is no point in an administrator setting their own rate of pay if they never have a chance of getting what they are owed in full.
  17. And getting to Manchester costs a fair bit more generally not everyone knows about coaches like that and its a longer day when we can just watch on TV.
  18. That is true! The trust can't afford the player wage compromises anyway
  19. Although why should he compromise on his fees? Is that standard practice for administrators? Clapham saint?
  20. They are still trying to make birch out to be the bad guy when all he is doing is his job!
  21. There is no way that chanrai will walk away this is all tactical. Birch will have to negotiate as there is no way he will want to be in charge of a liquidation.
  22. Cobduscting things through the media has not bothered him before!
  23. Its a shame we couldn't win it for you markus but we did honour your memory by being runners up twice which is still decent. Let's hope we can continue that tribute to your name by surviving in the top flight next year (although not second bottom! 17th would be worthy lol). With you looking down on us there is no way we will get relegated this season.
  24. Nope. The Italian beat the number one guy. He will fight the defending Olympic champion in the final.
  25. Football died a little for me when I learnt of his passing.
