  1. Fair enough I will retract my earlier comment and apologise to you. It is just adults who queue up for a football shirt on launch day for themselves that are the mongs.
  2. You are entitled to your opinion (though it is a few seconds every few days over a six year period and mostly when I am at a computer doing other things so hardly consuming my life.) and are perfectly entitled to say so.
  3. I'm not calling saints fans mongs. I'm calling any individual that joins a substantial queue for a football shirt on the day it comes out a mong.
  4. Of course it is their choice. It still makes them mongs though.
  5. \I was clearly elaborating on my previous comment.
  6. Conflicting report here, even if it is four days old. http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896/premier-league/2012/06/27/3203988/fulham-qpr-target-buttner-impressed-with-premier-league?source=breakingnews
  7. Anyone queuing for a football kit on the day it launches is an utter mong. This isn't reserved simply for saints fans. It's like those people who queue overnight for an ipad because they have to have it on the day it comes out. Completely sad.
  8. Erm no. I actually posted the fact that people would buy it because we were premier league yesterday before there were any queues. I think anyone queuing up for a football kit on the day it launches is a complete mong TBH regardless of what team they support.
  9. Have to remember that supporting the team by buying a kit does not necessarily equate to liking the kit. Many people will buy it simply because it is the new one and they support the team.
  10. What a bunch of utter mongs.
  11. The Lambert one is hilarious. That's the least passionate image I have ever seen.
  12. Much too early to say. Our transfer activity will dictate how well we do.
  13. Indian call centres do my head in. I was with talktalk for a year and will never make that mistake again.
  14. Abysmal spelling of you're.
  15. TBF this thread was started today. It's also a saints website and this is in the lounge where not many people go...
  16. You love them? OK to not find them offensive or whatever but love? It's a pretty uninspiring design and if we continued with similar designs I don't think any adjective I would use would be love.
  17. Can we change Alpine's name to moral panic? I love how he uses one example and extrapolates that to every experience in Britain. I'm not so enamored when he posts links to the Daily Mail to tell me how disgusting something is (granted it is the telegraph this time...)
  18. I suspect he means it is unoriginal because it looks very similar to that old liverpool kit and unimaginative because from a distance it looks completely red so there isn't much imagination in comparison to say the sash kit or other kits we have had down the years.
  19. It isn't strange at all. We have two CM players that are possibly premier class. We definitely need a third.
  20. No promises, but I have a feeling that the statue vote is about to swing again back to the third option.
  21. I think The9 is entitled to be a bit smug after alpine threw his toys out of the pram.
  22. Which is of course my entire point. Nadal was the best on all four at a time but at that point Federer was past his best. I'm not sure it is that difficult to understand...
  23. I swear you wilfully ignore my posts and read what you want to read.
  24. I started writing a reply but couldn't be bothered as I am boring myself. I think my point was obvious. Nadal has certain skills which mean he is excellent on all surfaces but the best on clay. Federer's skills mean that at his peak he was the best on more than just one surface.
  25. I never said Nadal was not an all-rounder. FFS...
