  1. Norwich times it so they had a great run in. We had a superior start but appear to have run out of steam. Different scenario.
  2. You do realise that not everyone who either believes in God or believes in a religion goes to church dont you?
  3. You said the RE course is indoctrinating in faith schools. That is a ridiculous generalisation.
  4. Rubbish.
  5. Not sure how he would know that.
  6. Disappointing that he seemingly isn't coming then. If we sign no one else then I'll be a bit disappointed after Adkins' statement about going all out for promotion. Not the end of the world though but potentially a missed opportunity.
  7. I could never be truly annoyed at my mate trousers
  8. You are just super duper mikey.
  9. it's OK. Central government will pay off their debt. Lol.
  10. Pretty much agree with that.
  11. That's pretty much my thoughts.
  12. Quite.
  13. The Forte rumour is absolute rubbish.
  14. Yep. That is the exact moment that I noticed a switch in people's reaction to him. Before that incident he was pretty well liked. Afterwards we have the situation now where I feel he is unfairly criticised. He isn't our best player but he is definitely useful to have in the squad and offers something different.
  15. What evidence do you have that his last two performances were not met with approval? By all accounts he was set to start before an unfortunate injury and then he was introduced in the second half on Monday presumably because he was still unfit after his injury (and backed up by his twitter account.) Please don't assume what I find appealing in a player. It comes across as extremely patronising.
  16. I'm glad that both of them have stopped the silliness. I can't help but think that if what Puncheon said was true, then Cortese could have just met him a lot earlier and got it sorted. It shouldn't have had to take Puncheon mouthing off on twitter to get it sorted.
  17. I haven't seen much evidence of that to be honest with you. In fact, on the last two occasions he has played, I would say he has been amongst the best players in the team.
  18. He has definitely looked better in away games. I think some are critical because they have only seen him in short bursts in home games.
  19. It is very clear that the public and stage managed apology was part of the terms if he wanted to play again. It's good they have managed to sort it, but I wouldn't read anything into Puncheon's admission of guilt.
  20. I just don't understand it. In away games he has looked decent, basically won us a point single handed against Reading and other than a few ocassions either hasn't had a run in the team or has been unlucky to get injured at key moments. He was just forcing his way into the side recently and had looked our best player on occasion and would have started quite a few more had he not been fit. Weirdly, being injured and then recovering fitness has now translated into 'Adkins doesn't like/rate him' when I think there is little evidence to suggest that other than one poor moment in that home game on TV when Adkins was critical. Personally I believe Adkins sees De Ridder as an effective impact player and the sort of player who can change a game if he is introduced against a tiring opposition. Does anyone else feel that the criticism of De Ridder is unnecessarily harsh?
