  1. I was thinking that today. I want to see him get angry once in a while.
  2. I know you are incapable of talking to me in a sensible manner, but I agree with that.
  3. Yep that's how I see it too.
  4. I did but it was especially distracting when he was film right in my face.
  5. Got an awful lot of stick, especially when he came up the stairs and stopped right by me. It really does distract quite a lot from the game though, I wish they wouldn't do it.
  6. I agree that we are less effective. We are so easy to defend against.
  7. Well if we aren't going to use our options on the bench, we might as well not bother naming a subs bench!
  8. Another thing, I turned to my mate on 60 minutes and said we need to make a substitution now but we won't make one until it is too late to change the game. It's the big weakness I noticed from Pardew last season and it happened again today. Why does he wait so long to make substitutions which could affect the game?
  9. We never spread the play either. I think we did it once in the whole match. At one point, everyone had drifted to the right side of the pitch with a huge gap on the left. We broke forwards and the guy with the ball had to wait for someone to run into the space on the left and the move broke down. We are so ridiculously easy to defend against. Close us down quickly and we have no answer. Our solution is to fire balls aimlessly into the box which is a piece of p*ss for the invariably massive CB to head away. Why when we are so good at playing football on the deck to we feel the need to launch it at every opportunity? IMO that comes from Pardew.
  10. Can't agree with you at all there about Butterfield.
  11. We haven't taken our chances. Our tactics are wrong and this needs to be addressed.
  12. I would put how I feel properly but I'm just too disappointed at the moment. Really poor performance. Hoofing when we should be keeping it on the floor, Puncheon was awful AGAIN. Lazy and disinterested for much of the game with no tempo. Is it just me, or does Pardew seem really disinterested this year? That seems to have been translated onto the pitch. Preseason seemed to be lacking something this season for whatever reason and it has left us unfit and unprepared. Pardew said they were climbing the walls for a game this week well it didn't look like it to me! We have the players but our tactics are completely wrong and we are much too predictable and easy to defend against. Rant over.
  13. please don't reply to me. Thanks
  14. Yet more cheating from the CHEATS http://www.stokecity-mad.co.uk/news/tmnw/shotton_looks_set_for_loan_move_south_548949/index.shtml A disgrace.
  15. Question is, would you take a saints hammering and a lukewarm reception or an amazing crowd performance but a 3-0 tonking?
  16. Who from?
  17. The Echo said that Pardew was going to be sacked and he was going to be.
  18. No. Simply that Lowe was not above criticism in his role as chairman and neither should NC be.
  19. Did you even bother to read the post above yours?
  20. Because nickG is slagging off the Echo for reporting that he was going to be sacked.
  21. WIFRM is the way forward.
  22. Come on people WIFM, now is the time.
  23. It really isnt. As someone who is involved with teaching children, you can see the effect that league tables have. Schools offer so much more than just something you can see in a results league table. A school may be "failing" yet be one of the best schools I have been to. Results are better because schools generally teach to pass the exams and that's it and that is the fault of the government.
  24. On the other hand, schools were increasingly subject to league tables and penalised if they were lower down. This just encourages teaching to pass an exam and gives a purely numbers based rating of a school without looking at other factors.
  25. Agreed. Don't forget.
