  1. WIFM sunglasses?
  2. Nothing else to add at the moment except to request that I hear more details about bridge too far's exceedingly gifted 7 year old grandson. I didn't hear enough the first or second times.
  3. From my experience, the main advantage of private schools was that the teachers did not feel under so much pressure to perform for a league table or to pass an exam, so more emphasis was placed on the teaching experience as a whole. I think that sort of thing should be extended to all schools but then we didn't have w*nkers at my school ruining it for everyone else.
  4. Beats the hardcore gay porn that ART normally looks at. Only just though.
  5. I promise you, there is some awful private school teachers and in many cases you can get away with a lot more than at a state school.
  6. Totally agree with this.
  7. Totally untrue. Yes there were some good teachers at St Marys (where I went) but there were some absolute shockers who would not have got into other schools. Mrs Tomkinson FFS.
  8. This thread is unappropriate.
  9. Hmm. Not the current ones in Afghanistan though.

  17. Any idea if it was a long or a short illness?
  18. I thought we already discussed this?
  19. Not wanting to cause an argument, but I'm pretty sure Mikey said he was grateful as well.
  20. Couldn't agree more. Each to their own but it's all very odd to me.
  21. But I doubt there will be as much enthusiasm as the guy who bought us in the first place. Also it may be much harder to sanction spending in the future. SFC is surely worse off by his passing, even if only because his wishes may not be carried out exactly as he would want it.
  22. If I'm honest it hasn't affected me as much as others. I'm sad sure for his family but my main concern is SFC and I'm more concerned about its long term future. I hope something can be sorted out next week.
  23. If that was a reply to me Delldays, you are on ignore so I can't see what you are saying.
