Yes definitely jailbreak and get cydia. Hundreds of apps and tweaks which makes the phone about a million times better (and you can get all paid apps for free though I'm not condoning that obviously. ). I don't think the fact he is better should be the only consideration. Squad harmony and cohesion should also come into it. Signing loads of players simply because they are supposedly better could risk upsetting the group and thus as a whole the performances could get worse.
