  1. Personally I'm very glad that a portion of the BBC licence fee goes towards groundbreaking content like BBC pidgin: https://www.bbc.com/pidgin/tori-48861677
  2. I think the big advantage is we had no real stand out players last season that you thought could instantly make an impact.
  3. That's over a decade ago.
  4. It has been but I haven't seen much genuinely brilliant comedy since the office and partridge which was about 15 years ago. Now they are putting gender quotas on everything and the BBC being so careful not to offend I can't see that being replicated ever again.
  5. Badly phrased maybe I should have said different and worth paying for.
  6. But the documentaries he is the face of currently give the BBC a reason to exist. Once he's gone what will they have that's different from anything else?
  7. Once attenborough is dead there really will be no point to the licence fee.
  8. Oh thank goodness I didn't attract the wrath of sue because I dared to call the women's football match an enjoyable watch!
  9. Really wish they would stop comparing men's football world records with the women's though.
  10. Fair play this is a pretty enjoyable game. As long as they keep the var and gender politics out of it then this is certainly watchable.
  11. I wouldn't like to speculate given his clear opposition to statements of non-intent with regards to rape.
  12. Don't worry soggy you'll hopefully be pleased to know that I wouldn't even rape you either.
  13. It's rather annoying that we now have to wait a month for this charade to conclude. Everyone knows Boris is the next leader and everyone also know that he doesn't have a hope of getting through what he says he can get through. Let's get this over with quickly so we can move on to the inevitable general election.
  14. I don't care how much fuss he makes, I absolutely will not be raping anyone. I refuse.
  15. Too late. I'll continue to pass on my anti-rape attitudes to my daughter but I'm sure she will be touched by your concern.
  16. I know right? Look at soggy protesting my firm intention not to rape someone. I just refuse to do it and his lack of tolerance to my anti rape view is disturbing.
  17. Honestly soggy even if you were pleading I wouldn't.
  18. I wouldn't even rape Jess Philips either. Even if you were begging me to.
  19. Yep very glad I got to go before it gets knocked down.
  20. That's not really a style though is it.
  21. Tbf that only works if you end up signing the player. With saints we are likely to talk about walking away and then just walk away.
  22. When you say "funded" you mean given 300k for a specific purpose? So not really funded at all then. I certainly won't be dismissing everything ever written as lacking in credibility due to a donation like this, just as I wouldn't dismiss everything witten by certain organisations just because someone like Soros has propped them up with millions.
  23. Additionally, I reckon spiked did a pretty good job of refuting the Koch brothers hit piece from the Guardian. See here: https://www.spiked-online.com/2018/12/03/the-new-mccarthyism-is-ruining-public-life/amp/
  24. It's an opinion piece that highlights the fact that climate protestors are held to a different standard than other protestor simply because some parts of the media and woke individuals on twitter consider them infallible. I don't think an opinion like that lacks credibility personally, it's undoubtedly true.
  25. Laughable that that was even suggested as a possibility. The fact that someone can just trespass into an event and then even discuss pressing charges when they are forcibly removed illustrates the sense of entitlement perfectly.
