  1. That's probably true but it's Michael gove. I can't believe anyone would vote for someone like him, particularly when you look at his ideologically possessed vision when he was in charge of schools. And as you mentioned he's a speccy weirdo.
  2. I think pretty much all of them are relatively uninspiring. No one can articulate a proper vision for Britain other than the usual virtue signalling platitudes and just bumbling from Boris. With the absolute state of the opposition I really think we will look back on this period as the absolute low point for political talent in this country.
  3. The host was absolutely rubbish definitely not commanding enough. The main thing that most people seem to have taken from it if you read the twitter comments is an independent review into flippin islamophobia. Good to see their priorities are in check.
  4. Agreed. There's going to be a general election and most likely a coalition of Labour, lib dems and snp if the EU don't just decide to kick us out in October but the years following that will be when the interesting bits happen. Will Farage become PM as some have predicted? Sounds crazy but stranger things have happened! It will probably lead to the implosion of both main parties and then maybe we can get proportional representation in and allow people to have a proper meaningful vote.
  5. Interesting article here about what Boris will likely do once in power: https://beergbrexit.blog/2019/06/09/boris-brexit-wriggleroom/
  6. I don't want to go through each point of the post above, but your lack of knowledge about North Korea is so astoundingly apparent that it's worth highlighting. I didn't realise there was anyone outside of North Korea themselves who bought into the propaganda in such a huge way but there you go. Poor old North Korea eh? Hurt by all those horrid sanctions and people got killed in a war. You couldn't make it up!
  7. I can absolutely see why a young English player would be of interest to some of the big clubs, particularly if they just want him as backup on a relatively low wage. That doesn't mean he's really good enough to be the first choice of a solid midtable prem team which is what we aspire to be.
  8. And then you get utter nonsense like this.
  9. I find it really odd that a match and potentially a league could be decided by the amount of rainy days you get over a season. Just seems completely unfair.
  10. Yeah if you want to go back over thirty years you can find similar scores. If true, the fact that the thais just gave up in what should be the biggest tournament just proves my point. BBC sport have it on their front page like it's a triumph when in reality it's a complete embarrassment. They should be taking steps to make the tournament more exclusive with teams on a more comparable level if they ever want to gain more legitimacy.
  11. I haven't seen the worst teams at the men's world cup losing by such a ludicrous score.
  12. If Gibraltar and Andorra were at the men's world cup I'd also be calling it a joke.
  13. And people wonder why this isn't taken very seriously.
  14. There's been a load of dross that have managed to be fairly regular goalscorers in the prem. Being a decent finisher and having a bit of strength counts for a lot. I reckon he would be an improvement on what we have.
  15. Pretty depressing article.
  16. I think it's reasonable to make certain assumptions about the likelihood of a group to vote based on past history. It's why all parties pander to old people because they've always voted in higher amounts than the young.
  17. Good strength and pace but some of the defending there is absolutely pathetic.
  18. That would be amazing.
  19. Eh? Not sure how you use the app but I don't have to read any **** I don't want to on here.
  20. Miles easier to navigate on a mobile.
  21. Wasn't he talking about Israeli flags in the crowd? Could be wrong but that, was my understanding. Still a fool though.
  22. There was one on saintsforever years ago. Thatcher was on it quite a bit from memory.
  23. I don't really like Galloway but tbf I think he was referring to the fact that there were Israeli flags in the crowd and he objects to support of Israel which he thinks is a racist state rather than Jews in general. He's still a fool for tweeting it but I assume by his llhic he wouldn't consider it anti-semitic.
  24. Go ahead and put one on for mine. You don't actually know her so it has no material effect on anything.
