Ox-C and Puncheon haven't left. Sure Adkins is aware of the situation and will react accordingly. We have used as forwards this season Lambert 9 goals Guly 8 goals Barnard 8 goals Lallana 9 goals Connolly 1 goal Ox-C 7 goals

what can they say? Never leaving? Unlikely If they then set a timescale they will be questioned on that and their commitment. What if he is perfectly happy but next week Cortesse receives a (taking to extreme to make the point) a £20m bid from Real Madrid? Best not commmenting too many players/clubs have looked silly when circumstances change.
-
difference was they were guaranteed starting place - we didn't have a complete team - we do now
-
I will be happy if it stays the same
-
No. Just think we will be told when he is close to playing, probably too early to commit.
-
agree. We clearly have enough half decent numbers for each position. Therefore if we sign someone they need to be either: 1) better than first 11 to justify pushing some to bench - e.g. is Austin worthy of making Lambert a sub? Who is better than Lallana or Ox-C? 2) happy to be on bench / fight for place - likely to be either player towards end of career - Butterfield, Jaidi, Connolly or young developing prospect moving up e.g the Hereford lad.
-
can see the Manset bloke being someone more likely to be a target but who knows.
-
Still would be surprised if we had bid for him.
-
key word is potentially. Adkins will know whether Puncheon and Ox-C are staying. He will also have a better idea on Lallana's and Chaplow's fitness. If those factors are all negative then I agree we need to get someone in, but if they are not (and we can only honestly judge on facts and where we are now) I don't think we do
-
wasn't the time without Lallana also the time without a manager? Not sure, bit if it was makes it less meaningful as think that was most significant factor in losing those games. Also Lambert wasn't fit and before Guly.
-
Did he need a work permit for the loan?
-
not to worry, we don't need anyone

Alex?

13 in 22 starts, young raw prospect, physical presence - could see someone like him being a target, more likely than Austin imho as right level

My friend who supports Hereford said this about him He's quick, strong and brilliant with the ball at his feet when he drops into the hole and runs at defenders. If he didn't get tired after like 55-65 minutes he'd be a machine. He runs himself into the ground every week though, it's hilarious when he's subbed cos he trys to run off but is just too tired to. Last week he was back in the LB region defending, did about 5 or 6 keep ups while running up the pitch and hit a brilliant cross field pass to set up the counter... He's quite confident in himself! from there

Guly?

think we should cash in, invest the money in fax machine or computer.

Think a club should plan its transfer strategy on one average performance after numerous good ones, and speculation on the internet about players leaving or their injuries - can't think of a better way for them to plan
