Bench on Tuesday: Gobern, Barnard, Bialkowski, Harding, Butterfield, Connolly I would guess all of those would have good shout of first 11 for nearly every side in league 1?

If Puncheon goes (and possibly Ox-C) and we are lacking wide options. Judging purely how squad is now think it is ok. In 4 out the last 5 games a sub has come on and scored -which shows we have the strength in depth. Is Connolly a broken down horse? Or maybe a quality forward who is only our 4th choice and therefore not needed? Clearly has his injury problems, would hope as he is on bench fit but who knows. Adkins has clearly said that this squad is good enough to win this league and with no additions he fully expects to. Whether that is bullsh1t I din't know. If we can sign a top player or two (or young prospects for the future) it clearly can only help for this season and next. Still happy as we stand.

didn't notice that we are at the exact half way stage, Brighton only get there on Sat. Plenty of time, part of me thinks it doesn't matter what happens Sat but it would really set the confidence up and perhaps assist in attracting championship level players if we were top.

If we lose the bottom two would at least expect them to be replaced but apart from that would see above as a very good window - anything else a bonus. Way we are scoring from several players, including those coming off the bench, shows there is no shortage of fire power. The rotation for Blackpool was impressive. Get Guly signed!!
