we pretty much matched Millwall last season. Since then we have probably improved our squad more than them. They are doing ok? Don't think there is huge gulf in style or ability if team is well set out.

keeper played once for Everton, most appearances were 5 years ago for Cambridge, was playing for Motherwell last season, Crewe season before. They have shown don't need "names"

but think most of players they bought in were lower league players, or players who had been out of loan to several clubs - they didn't go for signing names
