St Mary's could have been a catalyst for regeneration, as redevelopment of WHL will be for Seven Sisters Rd though on a lesser scale. It was a missed opportunity. It will happen at some point but it needs foresight, political will and yes a lot of money to improve the infrastructure, especially connectivity.
