  1. Why do we have to resort to slagging off each other when there are so many people in positions of power that should be feeling our vitriol ? How anyone could even begin to defend Lowe is beyond belief. Those That have welcomed him back should get a reality check after screwing us up last time.
  2. That was my point at the original idea, I was probably the most anti person on the board about SOS, I knew what would happen and have been proven right. I personally took a great deal of flak from Steve Grant, FF,etc etc. Never did I get a message to say sorry you were right. I hope that Nobody ever tries to dream up such a crazy scheme again without first listejning to the views of those that they pretended they were going to represent. I kept some of the quotes from that time because the self serviving committee were so bloody arrogant
  3. Nothing against playing youth...however there must be a fine balance of experience in the side together with knowledge of how you play in this league if you want to ultimately get out of it. To some degree its horses for courses, know your needs. Youth and experience is an absolute must, but, too many kids is as bad as too many older pros. That is why I say there must be a fine balance between the two
  4. On the basis that we have almost sunk as far as we can go...I am prepared to wait and see. It might be better it might not, just my humble opinion
  5. While there are Trolls ,Lowe luvies (not so many these days) like the rest of us, they are entitled to their views , no matter how radicle they are. If you don't like certain posters put them on ignore, or, don't read them. They will soon go away if there is no response
  6. I thought that the game was on Setanta not sky, anyone know
  7. I am with him!!!
  8. If you were to conduct a proper analysis my feeling id that Crouch would just about be better. However if it were Crouch and Saltz I believe we would do better than the deadly duo
  9. Strange as it may seem the photo could have been me, it bearsb an uncanny resemblance. ...I know before anyone says it I am an old ugly bugger
  10. At the end of the day I would welcome a return of Leon instead of the current pair of dead necks, particularly if it was coupled with Saltz and maybe Gavin Davies. He is a supporter and goes to most away games as well as home. I have no link or connection with him, but would honestly trust him more than the deadly duo, particularly if coupled with a steady hand on the tiller, to curb his enthusiasm when necessary.
  11. Strange, now from a source very close I have seen a copy of an e mail which tells a slightly different story. But I suppose they could br forged, I wish I had not deleted it
  12. So his business must have fallen on hard times methinks
  13. So his business must have fallen on hard times methinks
  14. I know that the figures have been on here before...but can some kind soul list the share percentage ownership of Lowe, Wilde, and Crouch please together with the rest of the major shareholders
  15. No, no, no,no
  16. I think I would support that
  17. Just cannot see Lowe and Wilde leaving, either their shares or their positions at SMS. To do that Rupert would have to admit that he has failed...he does not have the ability to admit this. He thinks that everything that he has ever done was right.
  18. The 6000 stay away fans are not totally the result of the return of Lowe, mainly due to poor results. Lowe has had some affect on the attendances , but a return to winning games will see an up turn in the gates.
  19. If I was a significant shareholder I could not just stand and watch the mess that is developing.
  20. Come on Leon, you are the only true Saints supporter. If you want to retain some credability you must speak up now. Get with Wilde and lets have Lowe out
  21. No your right in one respect, however the debt situation we have now is part of the fall out from moving from The Dell.
  22. The only way to demonstrate in a peacefull way is for everyone to get up and just walk out together at half time, leaving an empty stadium
  23. Well he probably borrowed the money from that well known arms dealer down the end of the M27 East
  24. The worst thing Lowe ever did ?...was to come back and convince some people that he really was the angle Gabriel and had all of the ability to turn things around. The most dreadful thing was to wait till the season tickets had been sold before getting rid of the senior players. People bought tickets thinking that we had a chance of surviving. It was the single most dishonest thing that he has done...and from a public schoolboy...honour integrity and truth are the alledged watchwords of the upper class
