Thanks John though I'm not sure anything will ease the pain if Pompey win and sod's law in any case dictates that if they do win it will be after ET and probably on pens so on the reasonable basis that 17/1 is probably to win in 90 minutes that scenario will probably play out !!

York 2.40 Manifest: With my over night fancy Kite Wood now a N/R ( clearly another horse that realised that Frankie had backed it and the expectations were too great !) my attention turns to the Henry Cecil trained Manifest. Not the strongest of fancies with at least 4 of the remaining 5 runners having solid claims but over a trip which will suit and some nice runs to date especially when 2nd to Harbinger in a Group 3 contest on seasonal debut Manifest makes most appeal at around 2/1. Newbury 2.55 Principal Role @ 4/1 : Not a race to get overly involved with, very open contest with 4 vying for favouritism at around 7/2-4/1. No doubt Principal Role( another Cecil trained horse) has looked a tricky customer at times but equally looks open to lots of improvement. Newmarket 4.10 Mezhah @5/2: Radio Wave heads the market at around 5/4 but I can find very little to chose between the 2 and if anything Meznah who looks on breeding to be suited by the trip and has shown plenty of promise looks to be the one to beat. Maybe a few more later if I'm still awake. Good luck, Chris

So what next? Can we expect to see ads encouraging people to buy the Echo on here next :smt102 Trying to defend the indefensible, I thought the silly season might slacken off now the statement by NC has been issued ( though I'm still not 100% convinced, never was and never will be in all probability as to his sincerity/agenda but am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for now) but it seems that is not everyone's idea and continuing to stir it seems likely to continue unabated. I can only assume that either sheer boredom or sheer madness is now the order of the day ! Oh and indeed why should DJH ( or of course anyone) have to put up with personal insults? Unbelievable.

Any day would be a good time to start winning though I'm expecting us to totally blitz the 20/20, win easily but lose just about every other game !!

Not funny Frankie Glad you have bloody well gone to work, any chance of working 24/7 !? That said I think I might just follow your tips today Chris

Yet more trash from the Daily Mail, "astonishing attack " be blowed. What a moron you are Mr Sale which is clearly why the Mail employ you. Oh and you can post your comments only when I tried I couldn't. So much for that !

York Day 2, Groundhog Day. I could almost copy my post for Wednesday and just amend a few names and prices and that would pretty much cover it only today the die was cast in the very 1st race with Judge and Jury only failing by half a length to at least get me place money at a decent 14/1, Fol Hollow was very poor. So I sat back to enjoy the 2.10 having definitely decided not to take the even money freely available on Sariska on BF. Of course Sariska won nicely and I wondered why I ever doubted she would win and worse why I had not applied the same logic and did back Right or Wrong at Perth ( duly won at 1/5 !! - fair to say though 3 NR's and a withdrawal were not helpful ) not to mention Mujdeya at Salisbury which managed a pathetic 5th at evens. Still I had convinced myself Chabral would win the 2.40 but sure enough another Frankie Tip in Cape Blanco duly won nicely ( good tip Frankie, thanks !) On to the 3.10 and Stevo has already summed up Acrostic( though it was 4th and ran OK) and my saver in Rainbow Peak duly decided that 2nd place would rub it in nicely and do so by a head just to really put the boot in. So of course I swerved the 3.45 and rightly so though Elzaam duly won nicely in the 4.20. Still King in Waiting looked another solid bet in the 4.55 and indeed did at least give me some ew money by finishing 3rd at 15/2. At this point and having backed Baylini ew at a nice 20/1 at Newmarket in the 7.25 ( returned 11/1) I decided to otherwise swerve the evening card. So at around 7.00pm I visited this site and blow me if Frankie hadn't tipped the same horse. However, rather than inspire me it led me to figure it would certainly not win and would probably finish 4th, it duly obliged ! Still there is always tomorrow though it is already here and given how late it is now staying in bed all day is not looking a bad option at all.

Ok, look forward to laughing at, sorry I mean watching you guiding us to the League 1 title, as a result of your assurances I've now had £25,000 on us at 7/2! -
That is indeed true but the email specifically refers to slander, libel might actually be more accurate.
