Yeah I was toying with the idea of getting local residents down on some letter but I think its to do with the area I live in as well. Either people are not concerned as they can afford the charges or they just dont know. But I have looked at the map of what the Exchange covers and it seems the company has done it on purpose.

According to SamKnows my Local Exchange has no LLU facilities. Therefore everyone in the area is paying extra will the better Broadband packages. I have done some digging and ISPs will charge anywhere between £10 - £17 to cover their bill to BT for use of extra bandwidth. I have phoned BT but they said contact OpenReach as it is them thay deal with the Exchanges. I was just wondering whether anyone else has suffered the same problems and how do I get my Local Exchange opened up without trying to do something silly myself?

Where would you draw the line on 'Giving it time' though? Now? 5 games? 10 games? 15games? How much damage would be caused if a new set-up came in? Too many changes last season didnt help our cause and it wont againt his season. Dont get me wrong Saints are in for a slog of a season. Many ups and downs to come yet. Just seems like many people want instant success, not just here but at many other clubs also.

His initial shows were good, where he met various people with differing views and exposed them quite well. However since then he has turned into a c**t IMO. I dont find him funny or relelvant at all.

Bagpuss should have never come to Saints as he only did it to spite mandic IMO. He was never fully interested in the job, so you tell me how can anyone perform competently if they are not happy? He significant number of games to get us out of the mire but complained most of the time due to lack of quality here. He could have gone and got better loans than the ones we had. Instead of getting on with the job he whined constantly. Yes, he did get Crouchy going for us but that was about it. Whereas at pompey, he has carte blanche to do almost what he likes. More money to spend, able to pay higher wages - of course he is going to do better. You obviously missed what I said in my original post. I didn't say you would be in deep ****. Just that pompey will not perform to the standard that the skates fans are enjoying now. Bolton and Charlton are clear examples of when prominent managers have moved on. Curbishley left and Charlton got relegated. Big Sam left and Bolton didnt have an easy season either. The next manager to follow bagpuss will inevitably be under pressure from the off.

As Saint Lard suggests the skates will somehow wriggle out of it. Still think as soon as bagpuss does the offski, the skates will do a bolton/charlton and not be no way near as good as they are at the moment.

Sorry but I don't believe that. I went to Vancouver a few weeks ago and didnt see a football top let alone a pompey one! You sure pompey fans managed to get that far abroad? Completely baffled by Perry not playing today. Him and Cork would have steadied the ship IMO. Again as against Blackpool, we were crying out for Stern to come on and hold up play.
