Arse about face. they say it's to bridge the financial gap between Prem and CCC. Why not give all clubs less money when in the Prem and distribute any leftovers to lower leagues and grass roots to develop the game. All this will do is encourage teams like the Skates to spunk it all up the wall knowing they have 4 years to sort it out if they go down. It just shoves the problem two years further down the line unless you get back up.

BWP just shades it from Dyer with McGoldrick third. Players like Wotton, Jermaine Wright and Paul Telfer I can forgive because at least they gave everything. Also, I know he's not a player but Jan Poortvliet.... un-fecking-real

Excellent player and he's scored 3 already and assisted a load as well. He doesn't play percentage balls all the time so there's aways a chance of him losing it. You can have someone like that if others (Morgan, Deano etc) are keping the ball. In our last 2 matches he's scored one and had a hand in the other 5. If that's not good enough then I'll live with it and so I suspect, will Alan Pardew.

Bottom line is they haven't been punished at all as of yet. The 9 points deduction is not having any effect on their league position is it ? I believe people just want fairness and consistency. We messed up last season and got punished this season because it made a difference this season. If they are relegated by moe than 9 points, the 9 should be applied again next year, along with any CVA related punishment. Will it though... will it ****.

None of you buggers told me that I made a balls up by saying that Bristol Rovers played at Twerton Park... I appear to have upset a few people... see comments at the bottom of the Charlton match

He's average. Personally I think we can get better for next year. If we're attenmpting to build a side that would do well in the CCC, then we can do better than him.

Has anyone pondered a scenario where Hull go down and West Ham stay up by a point. Would Hull have a case along the line of 'if the Prem had enforced their rules and thrown Pompey out for trading whilst insolvent and expunged all the results, we and not West ham would have stayed up'. Funny how it's West Ham again after all the Tevez stuff. at least this time it's not their fault.
