OK, but we would need to spend massive to replace Boruc as our No 1... not sure many posters on here realise that Boruc was in the top 5 of European Goalkeepers not long ago.. We need a goalie who commands the penalty area.. Kaspar would maybe fit the bill but can we entice him away from Leicester ?

Given we have moved up the table and now are clearly better than any bottom half team.. I do wonder what people were expecting. MP has been hugely successful; although the Cup defeat was a shocking display; but lets not hide from the fact that most teams play squad players in the Cup these days.. the League is far more important.

We play a fluid front four, so we need to get another striker, but its not a matter of improving on Lambert; its about increasing our options, perhaps a Hernandez type of sniffer in the six yard box striker.

A basic skill for any goalkeeper is positional sense... and Gazzaniga's is woeful.

Lambert is different class.. the respect from the opposition is incredible, defences seem to freeze when he gets the ball.. has to go to Brazil for me, great option from the bench.

Agree... don't we play some fantastic football to watch.. add some quality in the summer and we can be a top six side.

Agreed, we play the same whatever the scoreline - at 2-0 you would have thought we would consolidate until half time.. but you can't legislate for basic errors and Clyne's was shocking.. just what Spurs needed and the whole game changed plus Sherwood sorted out their back line.

Oh dear, you didn't watch the 1st half hour then when we were in complete control. Agreed they were stronger 2nd half, but you don't win games making basic errors at this level.
