I think we need to be more aggressive in recruiting 15-16 year olds in this country, post-Brexit. But the problem is everyone is going to do that. Arsenal & Chelsea seem to have monopolised the hoovering up of local talent.

It’s a really interesting topic. I can’t remember the stat, but what was the percentage chance that kids have of actually making it? It’s absolutely tiny.
