I would think this move might happen quickly... They are talking about a 2nd bid already... and I've not been keeping tabs on their dealings, but a quick read-up tells me they've missed out on a ton of signings (& apparently they want up 10 new players) and I would assume they need some in ASAP as Moyes has been moaning about it in the media.
