Every word of this. We'd really bodged our full back positions (Bale excluded) before Dan's arrival. He was the 1st of the new wave of signings to help change us to have a winning mentality. I'll remember Dan really fondly. Good luck at Forest, Dan.

Yeah, agreed. Became a bit of a utility player, I seem to remember him being a DMC back when he was captain of the U18's... Then seemed to become a victim of his own versatility. I can remember him whipping in a few lovely crosses in his break-through season with us.

Really, really pleased with this signing. I think we've been scouting him for a LONG time. Think he's going to be a VERY good player for us. Really good work by all concerned considering the other clubs linked with him.
