I couldn't agree more. The issue is when an opinion is repeated over and over again to the point of utter tedium in whatever thread has just been posted whether relevant or not.

He could have done a lot more for the second. He came, hesitated and went back and left himself stranded in nomansland. What he should have done was take the ball, the attacker and both defender's if he had to. I doubt if Boruc would have conceded it.

This is a total over-reaction. The team that was put out last night was capable of winning - they didn't. The team we put out against Norwich in the league was capable of winning - they didn't. That's football -live with it.

There are no certainties in the outcome of any game, league or cup, with or without our first team, that we should just leave to MP to manage his squad as he sees fit. I am quite sure that he wants to win this game but I am equally sure that he wants to win on Saturday more. The team he puts out tonight should be good enough to win

Injuries happen - they are both important to us

I may just be a blind optimist but I cannot see why any of them would want to leave at the moment. I suspect that we can match most wages that would be offered and they are all an important part of something special that is happening. I think that there is enough camaraderie for them to want to see it through together. Besides, I think that the Don will just say no.
