Yeah if Puel doesn't want to adapt his formation then its a non starter we'd also need to get in some different personnel in summer to make it work. Like I said earlier, if I had my way, I'd build next seasons team around Boufal and get the formation and players to get the best out of him.

yep my assessment didn't do to much wrong. First goal maybe he could have done better, Second goal was more a fault of players not pushing out fast enough after clearing the ball, third goal he was a bit slow to get to the ball before the free kick which saw Romeu bundle in and clumsily give away the free kick. but overall he dealt with Carroll and looked composed and calm. Despite losing by three goals I don't think our CBs did to much wrong our midfield on the other hand...

We need to play him in a ten role I'd build the team around him in the summer if I had my way. Play two decent holding DMs behind him and Redmond, the new Italian and Sims/Long/Tadic in front of him in a three.

I'll say it again how many mangers has the club sacked since the take over? Anything before that has no relevance on the clubs current ownership/board style of doing things.

The club aren't going to replace him. They are trying to look long term and build something he will get this season and next I reckon and the club will give him time and some players he wants and see how it goes. Puel will rightly point out that he has got us to a cup final and that the club failed to get him a CB in Jan. Puel might not be the manger that saints need but saints aren't like Sunderland or Palace who fire and hire regularly any manager here will get a fair crack of the whip.

The difference between Whams keeper and ours yesterday was pretty marked. Their keeper made three decent saves ours spent most of the game doing the mannequin challenge. He just doesn't seem to move spending most of the time just glued to his line I don't think he even attempted to save any of West Hams three goals yesterday. A keeper his size should be commanding the box but his doesn't even do that. His kicking has been ****e this season to. I wouldn't be to bothered to see him go in the summer there must be better more mobile keepers available out there.

Its just club corporate stuff. My employer does similar stuff with catchy little titles/phrases that if you dig a bit deeper don't seem to mean much, change meaning over time or just pay lip service to something they think makes them look good. Just ignore it most do.
