Thing was when Lambert was here last season we needed a second CF that could lead the line as there was no one to cover Lambert. This season we are in the same position we could have done with both of them in the squad for competition and to cover bad spells/injuries.

Watching last night it seemed that Morgan was a playing as a lone DM so was trying to cover the whole of the back four where as for us he has big Vic helping him out. I thought he did OK though his passing was very safe compared to what he does for us. As for being crap because he plays for saints Benzema playing for Real and looked complete bollix last night.

I'd like us to get in at least one attacking midfielder who scores goals. Steven Davis is a good player but 0 goals this season is poor. JWP seems to be playing in an AM role now but isn't scoring either. I thought Djuricic might be the answer but his lack of game time since signing suggests he hasn't convinced Koeman yet.

I just did a smart lucky dip and got Saints as Champions on 71pts and Chelsea in second on 67 I'll take that.........

Really doubt Toby will sign for spurs he can do a lot better. Not that I'm hopeful he will play for us next season either mind you.

I do. He has been a walking disaster zone for pool this season given we are battling them and spurs for 5th if Lovern plays our chances of finishing higher then them are greatly increased IMO.
