Adam injured again withdrawing from the England squad. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32015229

Would be a great season for us and a big LOL as well.

Bristol City 1-0 up at Wemberly

Didn't realise the JPT final was today brings back happy memories:)

Did you wait until Turdish was banned before you posted this? One of his favourite subjects to go mental over. Probably not Prem quality but decent player IMO.

Saints considering Micah Richards if they lose Clyne in the summer
doddisalegend replied to Saint IQ's topic in The Saints
Agree. Needs a bit of work on his defensive duties but gets forward well which is important in the way we play. I like him. -
Not disagreeing but we can't do anything about it until the summer in the mean time how about supporting Kelvin, a great servant of the club, who will give it 100% while he is called on?
-
Still makes me every time I see it......
-
Where does that leave you as the surviving half of the double act? It will be like the chuckle brothers with only one chuckle.....
-
Most others or a few topsides? Any keeper who is happy being a number 2 is either an old pro at the end of their career or youngster just starting out. At least Kelvin is a club man and understands what being a saints player means.
-
How can they play it? We have two fit keepers so I doubt we are allowed an emergency loan. Kelvin will be number one for the rest of the season. Come the summer I'm sure they will work on getting another keeper but till then maybe everyone should just back Kelvin.
-
If they haven't got a current club are they likely to be any good? I bet this guy is available
-
Got forward well though and delivered some nice balls into the box. If anyone can make him a better defender Koeman can
-
How many PL clubs have back up keepers who would be first choice at another PL club? couple of the big boys I'd guess. Back up keepers are by default not as good as the 1st choice but Kelvin is still a decent keeper at least he isn't scared to come off his line like Forster seems to be.
-
In fairness the current saints defence are far better than anything Kelvin has played behind before. Our current outfield defence has the lowest shots against of any defence in the PL which should give Kelvin some protection.
-
Great result Kelvin MOM for me. If Clyne is off this summer I think Kieran Trippier might be a decent replacement certainly one of Burnleys better players today.
-
Solent said we can't recall him. Kelvin played well today so no panic from me.
-
The situation you feared. Kelvin didn't let us down today.
-
and yet still hasn't actually one anything of note.............
-
If Morgan and Toby are moving on they can do a lot better than Spurs. I doubt anyone will take Jrod until he has actually played some football.
-
Still miss him at saints though. Would have bee a great option for us when Pelle's season went to ****.
-
No chance. It's all (rightly) about Kane now. Lambert has played his last England match (not that he played that many anyway).
-
To true. Quality English CBs are a bit far and between these days. I know Baines has been injured but he looks a shadow of the player he was a couple of seasons ago yet is still rated more than Bertrand by Hodgoson.

Watching a bit of Everton playing Kiev in the Europa ...worrying to think that two of Everton's (frankly dire) back four are consider England first choice defenders.........
