The first two statements are very bold and are at best debatable...

You eloquently touch on just a couple of quite glaring situations which like many others just don’t get fixed and like with so many of the worst things about us which are coaching and organisation matters-you cannot blame the players all the time for the glaring lack of organisation and coaching... Honestly there are far better organised pub teams out there...

Unfortunately the players are just getting worse and so is Ralph .... Ralph is completely lost and needs saving for everyone’s sake including his own by the look of him.

Really .... The team are really performing terribly but you believe we should just keep ploughing on doing the same thing? Totally disagree. Christ, Ralph doesn’t even coach them to mark the opposition let alone any modicum of logical personnel choices in logical positions and as for ‘tactics’ that area is almost laughable. No the guy has to go.

This performance along with many others this year is down to a poor manager with a big ego. Obviously even if you take the players own limitations they are not being organised properly, have no worthwhile tactical instruction and must be as baffled by personnel decisions as the rest of us... Ralph is way out of his death here and now needs to be sent to a place where his skills can be utilised more effectively a long way from St Mary’s...

A refreshing realisation of the facts. The obsession with ‘football’ people on here is not backed up by the experiences we are enduring. No one has touched Cortese and he was not this craved for ‘football’ man. Anyone with half a brain cell can see good and bad footballers and coaches...

So Ralph still can’t actually decide between Gunn and McCarthy for this game. It’s is a clear misjudgement of the evidence before him that is so disturbing and encourages a lack of respect from his players and many fans. So many aspects of the game seem to pass him by...

The issue is more succession planning than indecision. Any board will demand high cap ex requests goes through them for agreement that is common sense and happens at every single club and company in the land....

Yes Scotland is a lower standard, however I agree that the step Change points to our non existent coaching whereby not one single player has improved under Ralph.

We simply have to flood the midfield we are nonexistent there and as a consequence surrender control of every game. One up front which changes to two or three when we have the ball and are attacking. There is no point in having two or three permanently up front we will be taken apart. We need to be more flexible in and out of procession and have some decent strategic coaching which there is fat chance of with Ralph defending or attacking....

I disagree our **** poor recruitment is to blame here not lack of money.... Add non existent coaching and Ralph’s wish for a small squad and bingo...

It doesn’t actually / we have wasted just south of 100m on crap so money doesn’t buy you success. Look at Shef Utd for instance etc etc ... It’s about how you select who you buy and how you select the under 23 team etc and below... It’s about a complete lack of coaching of what you have already too.

Two huge issues at our club - recruitment and coaching you can’t blame the owner for either...

He can bloody well coach them! Obviously though he cannot do that and has proved this by ensuring every single player has become worse and worse. He simply has to be sacked !!!!

If we just take your suggestion in Gunn then that is bizarre on its own. You appear to be super defensive of Ralph’s team selection and it’s difficult to imagine why you would be given this season’s odd team selections. Still that’s your prerogative and I wouldn’t wish to deny you that...

I think you are taking things out of perspective there. It’s easy to beat a few cones in training but performing under pressure in a match is entirely different. Some players cannot do it when in a competing environment. So, no matter how god you are in training it means nothing if you cannot produce in the Premier League. If Ralph is like you and allows his judgement to be influenced by training effort only he will make the wrong personnel decisions and in fact has been...

Training doesn’t matter... If you are crap in a game time after time then you should not be in the team - simple as that. What this says is that Ralph has favourites and this seems to cloud his judgement to the detriment of the team which in turn messes with team morale which has looked low for a while now. Of course there are other factors too...
