Some good points not totally disagreeing with lots of them. I just think Fox is a long way short and that we are badly lacking in this area if we don't have anyone coming through who is remotely going to challenge him....thought Reeves was looking good a little while ago and would have done at least as good a job as Fox who hasn't improved. In other positions we mostly have seem less cover or options now, however in the left back position we are exposed without Shaw.

Why do we persist with playing a player like Fox who is without doubt very dodgy when we could blood some of our youth who we say we wish to push on and yet we prefer to persist with a very very poor player. Shaw is living proof that age does not matter if you are good enough. If Fox was at all close to being a prospect for next year fair enough but he's not. So why no use of the younger prospects when the opportunity presents it's self.......?

Fox was very close to costing us s goal AGAIN yesterday when he wasn't marking his man out on the right when Carol missed his great chance. When he did the move towards his man yet again he didn't close him down and allowed the pass in our area.... The guy is a Baffoon - cannot mark, has no football brain - a mile apart from Shaw. We have to replace him with anyone.....

One question why do we have no better player than the awful Fox to put in as backup at left back? Can't Dodsy register of something - Christ Fox is terrible.

With respect the plight of the national team is more to do with an obsession with the old Guard and big team players rather than those with current good form whoever they play for..... It's always the same as soon as a player moves to a big club he overnight becomes 'good enough' it's a bloody joke.

Lambert and Shaw. Lambert is central to all we do his goal scoring and link up play are class an immense figure in the team. The player I always enjoy watching watching the most though is Adam Lallana, his individual skill is higher than any other player in the team for me...

Collecting pennies in buckets will not take the club anywhere at all. The utter euphoria on the BBC yesterday over this trivial news item was excessive and blew the matter up into something akin to Mourinio going to Portsmouth next year. As far as I could make out, a judge said a supporters group COULD buy the club. It's going to cost about 3m which is all the money they have? Now what? NC is not impressed by 'names' . I think given the right progress he has his man. It will be all about how he progresses. MP has us playing great football and now we will watch with great anticipation as he shapes his own team. The biggest worry for me is that one of the big teams will want him as this guy has class written all over him. His word with Steve Davis yesterday when we were struggling for instance- he can see a game tactically very well... Only worry I have is over one or two personnel selections i.e Guly and Fox rather strange how he persists with them. However other than that completely comfortable that he can take us all the way...

Feel for him too.......It's a shame but he will find it very difficult to achieve what he has with Saints again anywhere else. The players he has there are so inferior to what he had at Saints too.....In many ways Reading is tougher job.....

Agree NA has made a mistake going to Reading. They haven't got one player that is decent - not one...! All average championship players at best. That squad needs a complete overhaul and Reading will not invest enough to make that a decent passing team. They need about 15 new players by my count. Sorry Nige but that looks like one hell of a challenge, even with pots of money and without - well - just cannot see it....You are down and coming back up looks a long long way off......

Yes interesting point Ramirez flatters to deceive at times but Guly - oh my God........He is RUBBISH. I am now a bashing Guly yes! He is just total SH--E. Misses a sitter then hacks down a player 15 seconds later giving them an opportunity to throw the ball in the box. This guy should be nowhere near this team. He must be some sort of super star Messi like player in training but on the pitch in a game he is a joke! Why would you ever pick him??????? Put anyone else in but not him please..... Fantastic team play from us in last 60mins again but we are very vulnerable defensively, particularly the centre backs who are not dominent in the air. The ball is rarely cleared by a header from us and usually ends up dropping on the ground where upon an ensuing panick takes place and we scramble the ball away - hopefully....
