Just watching Osvaldi giving his all chasing around ......Not!!!!! A poor example of a player .....
-
Oh CHrist good job we aren't allowed more subs or Fox would be on too! :-))))
-
How long do you give Osvaldo as in how many games is he allowed to have where he is a passenger? Ricky is so much better it's almost laughable.....
-
Definately now we are a man light in midfield and they will Have lots if the ball. Is Osvaldo still On the pitch ????? Not sure what he is all about but he is a real Luxury most of the time.....
-
Well you have to say what had he done since he's been here. He is anonymous during large sections of the game. Evidence so far is that Ricky is by quite a bit a better player.....
-
Poor poor Gaston.... He doesnt have to sail there on a square rigger surviving on salt beef..... He's been very very ordinary to poor without the traveling poor fella....
-
Sense of humour failure ?????

So you're old school the teacher and the doctor are always right are they.... The man in charge is always right that's a very narrow minded naive view. So you would go over the top to a thousand machine guns if MP said it was ok and right ? Come on mate have an Opinion of your own - be brave. These guys don't know it all they are human beings not God. It's football don't pretend it brain surgery - It is not....

Ooowww a little stars in your eyes dreaming there I think.... GRs pass completion rate against Bristol City was about 30% at best and most certainly not 'world class'.... Whilst he may do the odd great thing it's no good to the team if we are not tight with him playing. If there one thing we have learnt this year over last it is that we need ball retention and ball winning to defend well and our existing first team squad are better than he is at this. Yes GR is flair but mostly little enough substance and reliability. It like say earning a thousand pounds in one day - amazing ......... And then nothing for two months - it doesn't pay the bills at the end of the day ........
-
A decent left back would be looking to force his way into the team that's the point. That is what a squad player should be looking to do. Fox hasn't a prayer of doing that. On you other point ref if Shaw had played and struggled well fair enough he's entitled to a bad game now and then..... Every game is Fox plays he's poor though so the analogy really doesn't stack up .....
-
Man of the match pole ! :-))))
-
No you are not alone - he was terrible in the Championship too....
-
I'm sorry but clutching at straws there I'm afraid. Fox did not get better as the game went on. He was really poor in both halves. Why do people take it on themselves to be personally affronted when a player is scrutinised and found to be wanting by fans? It is by and large nothing to do with abuse it's objective opinion and many fans think that he is poor and often describe in some detail why... That is their right and in this case he certainly is diabolical and burying your head in the sand does nobody any favours least of all Fox who appears to make the same basic errors every single time he plays and it's time he learnt. A 'squad' player should be one who is capable of breaking into the first team. Not one who should be playing in a different league.

I see eight members of Fox's family read this forum .... -))

Yes - For Eastleigh perhaps! -

Sadly you are mistaken. He was equally poor in the Championship, it's just that he got way with more there. Why do footballers who earn very good money deserve respect for playing poorly. Respect as a person yes, I can agree with that, however respect as football player no. I am afraid he is blatantly not good enough and never has been - even in the Championship.... As a human being - I don't know him but very happy to give him every respect for that.......As footballer - The Guardian are correct - it has nothing to do with respect for a person as a human being. The more worrying aspect of the Danny Fox debate for me is that MP continues to play him - this is baffling almost to the point of bewilderment and whist discussing this topic the same question might be asked of the decision to bring Gully on today instead of Cork. The previous last time i saw Gully play was against Bristol City and was quite poor against them and one would have to venture that he probably hasn't had a good game for about two seasons. He is quite similar to Fox in many ways in that he is very slow of thought and suffers from ball watching. Anyway again lots of respect as a person but none for taking the money and basically being largely carp.

Fox you numpty, he was your man and you ran away....
-
Why are we so blinkin deep?
-
I know there are lots of happy clappy Fox lovers on here but my God, he is terrible and shouldn't be within a million miles of the team...
-
This is about the most predictable tactic of the game. Every one knows Fox is a daydreamer. He must be good in the showers or something ?
-
Eh ..... Whether this is true or not do you seriously think this is anything to with us being unable to hold on to him in favour of Bolton Wanderers!!! I can assure you that if he moves it will be our decision not anyone else's .... Plus he's very lucky indeed to be with us in the first place. Because to be totally honest he really isn't that good.
-
Almost getting to the point with Osvaldo where I just don't get it and wondering what the point was/is...... To be honest it ain't working and as yet he ain't that good either....
-
Well I'm glad someone else thinks so...!!! We have four up front in a line and it is not working and hasn't all season...
-
Can anyone explain how Osvaldo and Lambert together is making the team better?
