Anyone who is seriously talking about replacing Pards is frankly stupid. We need consistency. We need a manager for 6 years. We have one of the best in the business who is rebuilding a team of losers from scratch. Some people need to seriously take a reality tablet and get behind their team. We're on the way back, but it'll take some time. Our role is to provide some SUPPORT.
