I remember reading a cracking article on him in The Saints magazine with brilliant pictures of him and Johnny Viafara et al smiling in the changing room. Made me feel good that we at least had a decent, respected and liked kit man. Then Lowe return and he was off.

I heard a similar story. Did Lowe sack him or did he leave? Either way he was never of fan of Rupert. Only saying this as it destroys the myth that some may put out that the staff at SMS respected and liked Lowe. Guess what.. .they didnt either!

Not this fan Micky. I predicted this as soon as Lowe returned and the only thing I got wrong was not finishing bottom (although technically with minus 10 points he have). It was more than a gamble - it was gross negligence and fantasist.
