Potentially this was quite a clever mind game by Forest. If you think about it, had this game meant anything (which it did a couple of weeks ago when Lowe was likely to have been invited), it would have seriously played upon the fans ability to curse him or get behind the team. Having Lowe there would have potentially cost us our place in the CCC as his presence would have upset all who attended and given Forest the edge in what should have been a relegation decider. And Lowe accepted the invitation. Bit like the timing of the Donny Train Picture really and our subsequent panning by them. Well timed - even if not by design - mind game.

There's 2 pieces of good news if MLT is giving his name in whatever capacity to this takeover: 1. He believes it to be the best deal with the best people available. It is likely he has better insider info on offers than we all do. 2. Lowe is not involved - even indirectly. Gotta be good.
