I also have a good mate who does every Reading game home and away, he also says they are pretty awful. Not too sure what to make of that at the moment really, as awful appears to be enough at the moment.
Very lucky to be at a team like Southampton
Loved his time scoring week in week out in the lower leagues
Never thought he'd get this chance
Being at Southampton is his greatest chance of getting to the Premiership
Admitted he was overweight and not as committed earlier in his career
Wishes he thought then how he does now as he could have done more with his career
Interesting to see that us, WHU and Reading all have 2 very winnable home games in the next week. Could very soon be just between us three, if it isn't already.
I have just remembered that absolute scramble about 5 minutes before the end, brilliant stuff! Me and a mate both agreed that we felt exactly the same on the way home as we did from Oldham away last season, but the results couldn't have been much different. Football is a strange one sometimes.
Really looking forward to tomorrow. This is what supporting Saints is all about for me, stupidly long journey, late kick off, on Sky and poor numbers. Just adds to the satisfaction if/when we win. Can't wait.
