I always get the tube in from Richmond, dead easy.

Started off at Fawley Falcons in the Tyro u10's, before being 'scouted' by Winsor after my performances for the Southampton Rep team. Stayed there and won just about everything in youth football before I signed for Saints at u13's. Stayed a year and was released as too small, and then signed for Bournemouth. Stayed there until u15's and then played for Mansbridge/Ordanance Survey from u16-u18. Moved closer to home again after that and played for Hythe & Dibden in the Wessex league, before announcing my retirement aged 20. Too much football too young wasn't healthy, but i'll et back into it one day!

Agree with the first post. I like the youth policy, but why does it need to be so radical? Why not include the likes of Euell and Rasiak with a mixture of the younger players?

Any mention of Safri? Has he actually left yet?

He obviously showed all of his footballing attributes during recovery too. Amazing he has come back and even if it doesn't last very long, i'm delighted for him.

I like JP, comes across well and think he genuinely wants the best for us. However, I can't help but feel that sometimes he can seem rather naive. I just can't understand the full back positions, something which Burley got absolutely hounded about this time last year regarding central defenders. I hope to god i'm wrong, and I would love to be, but I can see this fairytale of youngsters ending rather abruptly.

Going to Laganas 28th August.

As optimistic as I am, I think it is criminal that we are going into a season without one recognised/proven full back. I'm sure Burley was criticised for the same thing this time last year regarding central defenders.
