There is a young girl and boy in the video and they are dancing wiggling their hips at a restaurant or bar or something then everyone joins in???

A spanish or latino song released in the uk around 1999 - 2000 music video with a young girl with brunette hair running away from someone in a type of cornfield? There was also a dance that went with it where the young girl shook her hips and had a short 'ra ra' type skirt on. If anyone knows what it was please advise, cheers.

Today - been in London all day xmas shopping, nightmare. I wanted to buy a t-shirt that said 'I hate London' on it but all I could find were 'I love Londn' ones.
