  1. I hear what you say, but my point is that ST holders get their tickets IRRESPECTIVE of whether they attended the JPT Semi or not I would have thought that if they attended the JPT Semi, that should also have counted towards a "privalege" as well Just a thought
  2. What I don't get is this Every ST holder can get TWO tickets. Fine, nothing wrong in that, BUT, they did not have to attend a JPT match to qualify JPT attendees are entitled to ONE ticket. OK nothing wrong in that either, BUT ST holders who ALSO attended the JPT fixtures now have to wait until the THIRD Sale period to get their "extra" ticket Don't understand that bit
  3. Agreed We have dropped far too many points against Teams SINCE Pardew has had a decent Squad Play Offs WERE possible and whichever way you cut it, Pardew HAS screwed up After the JPT Day Out, reality WILL kick in with a lot of people IMHO IE DIVISION ONE AGAIN FOR NEXT SEASON:cool:
  4. How can you "register" on the Saints Online facility, to create an online account ?? Who creates the "customer No " ??"
  5. Funny ??? At first yes But, think again Storrie was "talking" to one of (HIS) Pompey FANS. The guy had every right to challenge him, which he did without, as I recall, using foul language And what did Storrie do ??? Dismissed him as if he was not there, and told a Steward to get rid of him NO Supporter, of whatever Team, deserves that The likes of Storrie, Gaydamac, Mandaric, The Three Destitute Sheikh's are the ones that should be pilloried, yet they are the ones the Sweet F A go out of their way to PROTECT I'm Saints through and through, but I DO have GENUINE Pompey Fans as friends, and it is those people that I do feel sorry for at the moment By treating that fan, (his own fan), as he did, Storrie just demonstrated jut how LOW he really is IMHO:cool:
  6. According to David Luker, you can get them in any period, SUBJECT to tickets still being AVAILABLE of course ( ie The £58 seats went within the first few days apparently )
  7. ONLY with the Squad we have now But I doubt if we will be able to KEEP the players we now have As I keep saying, I do not think the better players will want another season in Division One:cool:
  8. Best point of all Lambert at Norwich..... hammered them in the first match when Colchester Boss, then "turned" Norwich around PDQ Oh yes, and Colchester aren't doing too bad are they, with all the MASSIVE rebuilding funds they had at their disposal With what Pardew has, we SHOULD be much closer to the Top Six than we are Cortese recognised that fact, and it is about time that many on here realised it as well Leibherr/Cortese has allowed Pardew to build a Team to get us out of Div 1 but the Team Pardew built is FAILING TO DELIVER It is no use saying that (on paper) we have a Team capable of doing well in the CCC, we have to get out of Div 1 first, playing on grounds no better than a Sunday morning pitch, but THAT is what is is like in Div 1:cool:
  9. I know what he said ..... he was referring to our early form when we did not have the Players Pardew has now drafted in My point was, that with those players that Pardew has since drafted in, we are STILL dropping points against teams we SHOULD be beating, IF we had picked up those "extra" points from the three matches I mentioned, that would have gone a long way to negating the poor early season form mentioned
  10. Nothing is ever going to convince me that Cortese wanted nothing less than Promotion THIS season - How about the five year plan they announced at the start of the season? WHY does everybody think that the players will want another season to rot in Division 1 - Because every single one of them signed when it looked unlikely we would get promoted. Without fail. They all knew that another season in League One was a possibility The Five Year Plan ???? Three scenario's 1) It can happen as planned 2) It can happen BEFORE the Five years, ie ahead of Plan 3) It can happen AFTER the Five years, ie behind Plan (In ANY Industry, Plans rarely run to schedule) Asregards Players staying for another Div 1 season It is light years ago that Contracts are worth anything other than lighting a fire with Therefore, it does NOT mean that the players WILL stick around for another season in Division 1 IMHO
  11. I agree, our early season form let us down But I do not class Brentford (A) Exeter (A) Wycombe (A) as "early"season, but we dropped points against them, and I consider those Teams as beatable with the squad Pardew had That is just six dropped point. There are others if you care to look
  12. OK. The squad we NOW have SHOULD get Promotion NEXT season but only IF the players STAY I cannot see many of the current First Team wanting another season in Div 1 If, as I suspect, there is an exodus of players that do not want another season in Div 1, then that will knock down all that Pardew has built up ..... and, as Manager, it will be HIS fault that HIS side failed this season Nothing is ever going to convince me that Cortese wanted nothing less than Promotion THIS season WHY does everybody think that the players will want another season to rot in Division 1 we will still have to play Krap Teams, on Krap ploughed fields, and most likely with the same end result I know Pardew came in late, but, be honest, he has had a pretty good Team for quite a while now, yet we have dropped STUPID points far far too often:cool:
  13. Question. How many of the current Team will want to have another season in DIVISION ONE .... ie the THIRD level of UK Football ???
  14. That may be so, but just look at the sides we lose points to A great win at Norwich, who are TOP of the table, followed by a draw at Wycombe, who were virtually BOTTOM THAT IS BAD Pardew has NOT installed any STEEL into the team A lot on here go on about it was too much to ask re Promotion THIS season To that I say BO**OCKS, I don't think Leibherr/Cortese would agree with that, they wanted Promotion THIS season Just go through our results this season. We have given away points to RUBBISH sides. and those RUBBISH results are going to cost us a Top Six finish Pardew's Team has UNDERACHIEVED, you cannot deny that fact:cool:
  15. Brilliant !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Taken from "The Skate Book of Fish Anthems" ...... "Whale Meat Again" (With due reverance to Dame Vera Lynn of course )
  16. I thought there was such a rule as regards "Wages" The "League" have no teeth as regards Big Prem Teams But, woe betide the likes of Chester, Luton, Bournemouth etc etc THEY incurred the full wrath of the Mighty League rulers:cool:
  17. What has/is happening to Portsmouth should serve as a WARNING to the Stupid people that run Football in this country They should (at last) realise that Each and Every Club should not be allowed to run up so much "credit" as to make it look like Monopoly for Big Boys All this £5 down and £1 per week for the next 100 years i crazy Every Club has the right to buy who they wish, but let it be for MONEY and NOT HP That has led Portsmouth to where they find themselves now, and don't forget, they are ONLY circa £70M in debt The likes of Man Utd and Liverpool show accounts with debts far in excess of £70M, but the difference between them and Portsmouth is "cash flow", ie they still have lots of money coming IN BUT, it does not, or should not, detract fom the fact that they are carrying LOADS of debt Football is the only type of Business that is allowed to operate like that, which is stupid IMHO:cool:
  18. As I recall ................ that happened to us:D:)
  19. Yes, I am happy that I am going Yes, it DOES matter where I sit You are obviously not bothered where YOU sit in a cinema or theatre then ??? Or at St Mary's even ?? Any seat will do will it ??
  20. The booking guy I spoke to did not say that. He indicated that he could not even state my PREFERRED Block when my booking was forwarded OK, I'm going to Wembley, but it did not seem like a TRUE "Booking" service Until I get my tickets circa 16th March, I will NOT know where I am sitting I simply :cool:think that is a poor service.
  21. OK, I missed that, thanks:D:cool:
  22. I "booked" my 2 tickets this am, aprox 9.30 Not quite that straight forward though I wanted Block 227 I was told that seats would be allocated, and I could end up with seats anyware between Blocks 227 and 231 - from the centre line back to the goal line I am NOT impressed. Why cannot you Book the seats you WANT ??? Bit like asking for Kingsland and getting a seat in the away area Doesn't make sense, especially in this computer age:D:)
  23. I expect one of his favorites is " Swing Lowe etc etc " (England RFU Anthem):)
  24. I was very excited when I saw this Mind you, I thought the headline read " SCW on Desert Island " Silly me:D:)
