Disappointing growth figures. Overall a negligible increase, but no quarterly growth in services, and the worst performance in construction (-2.1%) in over 4 years. The weather has undoubtedly contributed to the latter, but not healthy signs for our economy. Probably Davey or Ratcliffe's fault.
