Do you know actual facts or are you combining what Franny had told you with your assumptions/prejudices?

They will have defended the proceedings for a trial date to have been set. Thereafter the case, ie both parties settled. You presume that the club folded. They may have done. Equally, Franny and Karen may have settled on terms offered by the club from day one. Truth is, none of us know. Just because a case settles it doesn't mean the claimant caved in. Often a claimant comes to his senses and settles by withdrawing.

This. I just can't see united going for a non Brit.

Poor analogy. You insure your house, car, wife, dog etc. You never bet against your team. -

We were great today. Slick passing and moving. The goal was all but unavoidable. 39 points, and great defeats, will not keep us up. I've said for weeks that someone will go down with 40+ points and stand by that. Squeaky bum time. -

and James Ward-Prowse isn't. -
Derek Hookings at Motorhouse, Pitt Road, Freemantle. He's superb and charges sensible money.

My 3G is hit and miss. Vodaphone and O2 are better based on my experience.

Buy my iPod touch 4th gen for £80 ?

He's been a disappointment. Yes he's been great on occasions but he's not been consistent. The acid test is whether we are a lesser team without him. We aren't, as the Chelsea game proved. If we could our money back I'd take it.

Soll each way and Sea Bass on the nose.

MP all day long. Tactically on a different planet to NA. Speak to the players, they're absolutely buzzing on the training ground and will tell you that MP and his coaches are the real deal.

Does anyone know if he was dropped for the Wolves game, or injured again? He's a very talented lad who could make it if he can stay free of injury.

To be fair mate, your avatar suggests that you're a strange looking fella.

Has pochettino brought something differerent to the table? (Hah!)

Without a doubt. He's bought tactical thinking. Take our last sub today. Shaw wasn't 100%, ward prowse wasn't working on the right and we were being murdered down the left. Poch made his decision only after a lengthy chat with the fitness fella. He then gave shaw cover, shifted ward prowse and used the energy of J Rod. Brilliant. -
Not struggling but worse off. The boom years were good but those days are gone. It's obvious that there is much less money in the system and those who have money want to keep hold of it. This is a very deep recession (triple dip or otherwise) that will linger for a very long time.

Anyone with a 610 need a replacement back battery cover in black? Ordered in error. Pm me if interested.

No idea. Do we abandon the islanders, and their wishes because of the cost? Not for me.

Nutshell.

I've just switched back to iPhone after having a lumia for the last year. Before that I was an android man. Windows phone is far and away the best os. The hardware is fantastic as is the Nokia software such as the sat nav with free maps. The downside. There is a lack of apps which is only an issue if you like to download all sorts of crap. I do so that was an issue. There are apps for just about everything you would like though and they're fine, it's just that you don't have a million apps that do the same thing like the others.

How do you know that we haven't agreed to pay what we are contractually obliged to pay? Assumptions.
