I have no opinion on whether Cortese has an ego problem. That's the issue with MLT. None of us know Cortese's actual ambitions and goals. His ambition under Adkins appeared to be promotion. Nonsense. You can't judge a persons motivations, ambitions, ethos, rationale, etc etc without knowing or understanding them. MLT doesn't know cortese. I don't, you don't and nor do others on here. We all make snap judgements though. They're all based on the decisions that we know of, and the tittle tattle we here. MLT is no better placed to make an accurate assessment than me or you.

He'll have watched videos of matches, and possibly training, but he won't know the players. He'll struggle to put names to all faces. Pittstop in Pitt Road, Shirley are decent as are Browdon Motors in Shirley. I've used them both for stuff that many back street garages would run a mile from and they've both been superb.

It's a decent little contract too and gave him a massive payrise on his initial contract. It was also an incremental contract which put his weekly wage up by a lot after 10 appearances, then 20 etc. He was given the contract, then the games, so is/was rated.
