Ignore the advice on the lumia. I've been an Android user since the 1.6 days and when I upgraded a month ago I looked at all of those you mention. I went for the lumia 800 and its amazing, stupidly quick and well built. The 900 looks better still. Ms and Nokia have clearly chucked a fortune at tge technology in an effort to catch up, and it shows. Windows 8 will be rolled out soon so upgrade not an issue.

Derek Hookings at Motorhouse, Pitt Road in Freemantle. Does bikes and cars. Quality is great and fair prices.

He wasn't that good. The lad just isn't a winger. I'd prefer Downing to him, and he's sh!te.

Yep, just your goody bag. No ties at all. Worth having a few quid credit too as a buffer if you forget to buy your bag.

Agreed. It has s touch of Nissan Almera to it.

I'm a lawyer. My firm bought in a bit of this work last year. The claims are a doddle. Don't pay someone, just do it yourself. There's loads of specialist forums out there for guidance etc.

I'm not sure about this. We need a few "been there, done it" players. He's cheap and a decent player. Stranger things have happened.

Nobody can dispute that we earnt less than Swansea did last year but that we somehow need to compete with them and others in the transfer market, but why thread after thread of drivel about it. Go out and enjoy the sunshine people.

This looks good, gonna drag my arse to a session this week.

Tdd, my missus and daughter are both with them. The transfers were slick and they've never had any issue at all. The coverage is much better than my tmobile, especially on 3g.

Halo by The Cure. Best love song ever.

Apparently it's his positional sense and that he tires easily. Never seen that myself but never watched him enough to have a real view.

Joe Bigwood Close in nursling always makes me chuckle, and often has a BJ Champion van parked in it.

Yes he can, and it's his natural position. I watched him lots as a youth/reserve player and he bossed games from there. When he came into the side he was plonked on the wing as usually happens with youngsters. Don't get me wrong he's done very, very well but I think he would more to offer in the position suggested. We'll have to pack the midfield more in the prem to avoid being overrun. One up top, one in the hole, two wide and two holding is the formation I expect to see more often than not. Pace is needed in the wide areas in the Prem. Imo Lallana will find it easier in the playing in the hole where his slight lack of pace won't be such an issue. If we can get a pacy winger in that would give us an extra dimension and option.

Another vote for Romna in Totton, superb. Kali mirchi in Shirley very good too.

Terry and Neville shouldn't be there. Ugo and Steve Howey were just a bit worse than both. Geoff Thomas and Steve Bull were awful and would be shoe ins surely.

Why the oblong face? Round is the classic shape. Loads on watchhut in the 100 to 150 range under the classic section.

Any Estate Agents out there?? Or recent dealings with Austin & Wyatt???
egg replied to um pahars's topic in The Lounge
Btf, you are being too generous. Many are scrupulous but many more aren't. You can trade as an agent without being qualified or regulated. You have no cpd obligations. You can be a crook or a bankrupt. That cannot be said of the other people in the property selling professional network. Lawyers, ifa's, surveyors etc. The agents earn the biggest fee of the lot, and are the main link between the lay public and the professionals but aren't proper professionals. Madness. -
Was going to say skagen, great watches but not traditional. Tissot are fine watches, a poor mans omega. Watch hut have loads of bargains.

[quote=Fowllyd; I must say I do find it astonishing that any estate agent would behave in this way, particularly at a time when properties aren't exactly selling like crazy. Sadly I deal with these people daily. They're a greedy bunch who try it on and many fall for it. They're pretty much an unregulated " profession" so can and do what they want. The only people they deal with on a recurring basis are the lawyers but it's it not in their interests to make noises if something doesn't look right as the agent feeds them the work. There was a case a few years back of agents in Shirley falling fowl of trading standards for not passing on offers. That's rare, how often would they get found out?
