The minimum court fee is £35 for non online claims. This issue might be a quick fix for not much more than that. Costs are rarely awarded on small claims. if you win you'll be awarded the court fee though. remember though, the court only give awards. It's down to you to enforce (by paying more, and much costlier court fees) the award if he doesn't pay up. Have a word with the fella when he gets back. Happy with that. We grew into the game and deserved something from it. Bertrand superb. Ditto clyne, wanyama, and Morgan 2nd half. Tadic great in patches, ditto JWP. Pelle had a baptism but held the ball up well and when he had a man playing closer to him looked dangerous. The CB's both did well imo. No glaring errors and very disciplined. We'll do alright this year. Get Ramirez firing, and a proper winger on the pitch, and we'll be a threat going forward.

Agree 100%. The shambles that was/is Osvaldo, particularly the fact that we're resigned to losing a bundle on the idiot, highlights two things: 1. Expensive and/or big name signings do not guarantee success, and 2. There's much benefit in a loan as you can try before you buy.

Also factor in that there is a business to run, debt to pay, training ground to fund, agents to pay etc etc. Also factor in that the headline sales figures are just that. They'll include add ons and installments. We haven't banked 90 odd million as people seem to think. If we did it should be obvious that some of it will be allocated to things other than transfer fees.
