15 minutes of dominating without ever looking like scoring and then one stupid mishap at the back makes it 2-0, so familiar.

We look really poor overall but Shea Charles is an excellent player. Hope that contract is close.

No positives so far. Azaz and Fellows need to do more and Downs doesn’t look worth his spot. Archer and Robinson on at HT for me.

Downs looks pretty useless out there, to be honest. Hope this is a quote-able post by full time but I’d get Archer on sharp-ish.

Nice to see us play through the middle with a nice touch and quick ball from Azaz, though. Never felt too confident in Downs there.

Probably too soon to overreact but we do look extremely devoid of ideas. Said it earlier but it's baffling how Robinson has been the one to drop out despite looking like our most dangerous player in every game he played.

Bazunu still the worst keeper in the league then? Nobody could’ve seen it coming.

Happy to see Downs get a go. Would’ve started Robinson though who is desperately unlucky to have fallen out of favour.

No idea if that account is actually Scienza (Alfie follows, maybe a sign it is?) but pretty funny nonetheless. Especially Blackmore admitting that he never actually listened to the podcast before sharing the negativity on, proper journalism!

I think Fraser plays this one for his work-rate and defensive abilities, not even counting his performances so far, with Robinson maybe missing out from the start. No excuse for us to not be running a 4231 in this game. Bazunu Roerslev - Stephens - THB - Manning Charles - Downes Fellows - Azaz - Fraser Archer Subs: McCarthy, Quarshie, Wood, Jelert, Jander, Robinson, Scienza, Armstrong, Stewart Pretty funny strength in depth. Edwards, Aribo, Matsuki, Edozie and Downs not making the matchday squad.

Basically permanents in the form of their loan fee for us, with the two clubs just not wanting to take them on for multiple years. Bree, Taylor and ABK won't ever be back here. Ramsdale, Sugawara and Brereton-Diaz the three loanees who likely will be.

Never thought Taylor put a foot wrong for us to be honest.

I feel confident with Archer knowing how he can finish now that we've invested in actual creativity behind him. Stewart and Downs will have to do a lot off the bench to fight for a spot but I'd be giving Archer a run of games from Portsmouth onwards to see if he can claim it.

Was hoping that Edozie, Smallbone and Aribo would all go permanently but starting to worry about those a little bit. Much like Bella-Kotchap, never had much of a hope about Brereton-Diaz being anything other than a loan departure.

Fellows seems like a Guilavogui alternative to me, but that could be wrong. I'd imagine it's Azaz, Fellows, Jander and a loan incoming at most.

West Brom ITK (who broke it initially) saying £10m potentially rising to £15m, which makes some more sense.

Ultimately never expected Fernandes to be here this season, think it's just the late nature of it that makes it feel a lot more disappointing. Azaz and Fellows would both be really strong signings. Can't say I know anything about Jander myself but I do know a Nurnberg fan who said "Thought he'd do way better than you, figured he'd go to Bundesliga".
