They're just going on the re-hashed stories in the press. The actual Spurs people who claim to be ''ITK'' on their forums don't believe it's happening, or ever was. I stand by my opinion that all this Spurs ******** is agent/atletcio spin. Nothing more, nothing less.
  2. Cause it's like, you know, you get to play at their supa-dupa massive new stadium, which isn't actually theirs. Yeah that.
  3. They want everyone. Their transfer strategy this summer seems to be a case of throw a net out, and see what it catches.

I still think the Spurs stuff is agent trash, imo.

Spurs tried to do this last summer. Get decent players, cheaply, with their players in exchange. They clearly don't have much money to play with.
  6. Gokan Inler set to sign for Watford, apparently. http://www.thesirenssong.com/2015/7/2/8881137/transfer-rumor-watford-inler-britos-napoli-double-swoop-10-million

12 million euro is outrageously good business.

I think all this Spurs stuff is agent spiel, in my opinion. Just doesn't feel like there is anything in it at all.

Doesn't sound like he has any real idea on the situation, to be honest. Yes, part of the agreement was that we'd have first option at a set fee - but that was scrapped, well reported. Madrid want to sell to the highest bidder, so there's certainly not a first option situation for us. He seems as in the know as my dog.
  10. I'm honest it was honestly my honest opinion.
  11. That's their Delph replacement then.... I'm not honestly sure he was ever too high on our list, to be honest.
  12. At the back end of last season, Cazorlla was playing in a 2 wih Coqolain - with Ramsey, Ozil and Sanchez in front.
  13. Would imagine he'll end up at Boca. They have said they wanted him back (for some reason) but only on another loan /free transfer. I really hope we replace him as our record signing sooner rather than later. It'll be worse than being stuck on Delap for a decade.
  14. As well as getting a decent % off the wage bill, we've got a total **** out of the club. Good stuff.
  15. Clasie signing would be one of the worst kept secrets ever - but a very good signing if I'm honest. Keeps the ball very well, I'm sure people will worry about his size, but we have big vic behind him.
  16. I don't have much ill-feeling towards Clyney to be honest, but christ on a bike, what an utter self-indluging load of wet flannal that article on the LFC website is. Who the hell do they think they are!
  17. "Nathaniel Clyne to Liverpool is a great move, although it seems Liverpool only seem to buy Southampton players now! We could have had him at Spurs when he was at Palace," Redknapp told Kicc Jeez, he is ridiculous. I'm sure he could have had any player, in the world, at club x when he was manager??
  18. A nice bit of instability to start the season for them then. He's a bit of a mental head, so he probably punched their owner or something. But he did an amazing job for them at the back end of the season, so it's damaging.
  19. I think a lot of these links will be somewhat agent/media driven, given that the world and it's dog know that we're going to sell morgan and need a top quality replacement. But he's another top, top player. A really high level.
  20. Well, no. Because we seemingly have a plan, we knew what positions we're replacing (if we do have to) and we have the same manager. So no, not the same scenario what so ever.
  21. The situation with us though is that we wouldn't get more in January, after this window his value will just drop. In his current contract status, his peak value is probably £25-30m, it will go down from here. I reckon as the window goes on and clubs are still bulking at the £25m+ we want, then we'll negotiate lower. I don't think we fancy the risk of running someone as valuable as him down to a single year, plus there's the added need to replace him. You can't just sell Morgan, fill his place with Reed and expect to be as competitive. On one hand we have an element of power at this moment in time with regards to demanding the fee, but as the window draws to a close, the player will dictate what happens in my opinion. And by next summer, we hold very little power and would probably only get £15m tops for him. I'm pretty sure he will go sooner rather than later, and whilst you have to admire us for sticking to our guns re: the fee we want, that may change as the window moves on when it becomes obvious that clubs aren't interested.
