His ability to miss easy chances has always been second to none so I don't think anything has really happened to him. I did think we'd see an an improvement having dropped down a league and the early games indicated this would be the case. For whatever reason - most likely the fact he expected not to be here and didn't want to be - the improvement hasn't happened. Best for all parties (except maybe the team that signs him) if he goes in January.

Why don't you think we'll get rid of him? We may not be able to I suppose but fuck me he needs to go. Swap with Bournemouth for Kieffer Moore maybe? All round decent display today. Gotta sort the striker issue though, Armstrong needs a reliable partner.

Baz was indeed excellent. Really pleased for him. THB, Downes, Bedders, KWP very good, both Armstrongs decent. Still lacking something for me, just waiting to see these tight matches turn into the easy wins we should be getting at this level with this squad.

Problem for me is I see no signs of progression. We're basically the same as we were at the start of the season. Slow, boring, tippy tap gash against teams we should be battering given the disparity in resources.
