Stoke were everything we weren’t. Bright, quick, well organised, tough, good defensively and a good keeper. Even when we’re chasing the game, we’re slow and fucking safe. Downes & Armstrong need to fuck off. Downes, gave them the goal then missed a sitter. Sums him up that in injury time with plenty of time we played the fucking thing backwards, fucking Lego loving fraud. Frasier probably our best player, probably player of the season so far. That, and the fact 3 of our 4 goals have been scored by defenders, sums up Armstrong, the other Downs & fuvking Rod Stewart.

Young players need a bit of stability & have decent senior pros around them. He played for 3 different managers in the second worse team to grace the premier league & people wonder why his form dropped off a cliff. Whilst it could be said that the BoE are ultimately responsible for inflation & not The Government. The Bank’s response is directly related to the Government’s mishandling of the wider economy. The finances are not capable of withstanding the measures necessary to bring inflation down, which is why it’s proving so sticky, and difficult to get under control. If the wider economy was healthier the BoE could stick to their remit, and get it down.

Armstrong pony again. Archer a little bit better, at least he worked the channels a bit. Need to get some physical presence up front.
