  1. I didn't know they did a sperm count as well.
  2. Video: Fans boo Pompey after Fratton defeat Surely not.
  3. You're forgetting that he wasn't sacked. Not at all. He left of his own free will after they told him they wouldn't let him coach the team anymore.
  4. Saw it live at Knebworth back in the day. The most memorable performance from my youth.

    Can you cook?

Yep. Enjoy it too. Usually cook for 15 to 20 most Christmases. At least 8 hours a day in the kitchen from Christmas eve to boxing day, and over New Year too.
  6. In addition I don't think we should expect to be able, or entitled, to ask any question we want of our 'secret' services, or expect to receive an honest, or any, answer. I just want to believe they are working away in the background doing what they do. I don't want to know what they do.

    Jenson's back Good decision i.m.o
  8. A faint odour of rodent?
  9. If you had posted that, I wouldn't have reacted. But it isn't what you posted, is it? Although I personally wouldn't use the term atrocities.
  10. Do you believe that IS would not exist in broadly it's present form had there been no torture at Guantanamo, and that the innocent people that they have executed would still be alive.?
  11. Maybe so, but that's not what you posted, is it? You directly linked the rise of IS to torture at Guantanamo, not just the recruitment of new members.
  12. I don't think torture is a good idea, or the best way to get information. But that statement is just nonsense.
  13. Does anybody seriously think we now know everything there is to know about what was or wasn't done, and what information was or wasn't obtained just because a bunch of politicians have published a report?
  14. So they now appear to have three substantial commercial disputes on their hands:- * The availability of replica kits from their supplier * The performance of their new pitch and drainage system * The ongoing delays to their new first-team training facilities Surely they must be seriously considering sacking their commercial manager.

  16. You really are weird aren't you? You're saying that members of the public, forming "jury-style" committees, should be allowed to "root out, remove and punish" anybody in "the establishment" that they decide is guilty of abusing kids? No wonder you get stick on here.
  17. Soft targets. Easy work for lazy policemen.
  18. I thought about getting a sandwich maker. And a dish washer. But I don't think the bed will be big enough for all of us
  19. I've got an African passport. You can send cash if it's easier, and I'll buy the goat myself.
  20. A good bit of common sense. Nice place too, as Gulf states go.
  21. I know. Isn't it just so irritating when people go on and on ad nauseum about the same old bloody thing.
  22. ...or your wife in the front?.
  23. But it's now illegal in Scotland and most of Europe.
  24. This is the Supporter's Trust AGM not the football club AGM. As those of us that follow this thread know, the football club is a completely separate entity from the supporter's trust. I think they are shareholders in the trust, and the trust is a minority shareholder in the football club. That doesn't make them shareholders in the football club though. They won't be entitled to attend the Football Club AGM if they ever get round to having one.
  25. 24th to be precise. I read it in The News
