In the BBC West region.
He opened up an all-weather pitch at a school in Yeovil. Some amusing footage of him running about. Quite a gut there at the moment, even by MLT standards!
(I am aware that the potential cannonisation of MLT as a role model for our youngsters may cause outrage in some quarters).
I think that pretty much sums it up.
Seemed like a nice bloke though so I wish him and his family (cant have been easy for them having to move to Soton on £0 income!) all the best.
Great stuff.
The playground (can't think of a better word for it!) area at the Sporty will always be a big childhood memory for me too. Orange or Lemon sparkle from that grotty little hut afterwards!
Thanks for the info, but I don't have it.
I've found the quality of certain streaming sites has improved a lot recently and so personlly there's not a lot of sense in subscribing to Sky Sports - I'd just end up watching a load of stuff I'm not really interested in.
Obviously it's not the same quality as watching on a nice big tele but I don't think it's £30 per month worse!
They've all gone but I'm not sure where...
Either:
a) they've gone into cracks in the window frame and escaped to freedom;
b) they're hidden in the blind somewhere (don't think so); or
c) they've gone into cracks in the window frame but these don't lead anywhere and they'll be back tomorrow.
If b) or c) then I will need to do something about them tomorrow.
Oh yeah - the docks!
I remember when you could walk right up to the docked ships. Not sure which dockgate you went through to get there but it was the one off Millbrook flyover or the one next to the Hovis building I think?
Anyone planning on watching this tonight?
11.00pm kick-off BST. I may watch a stream of it on the internet in the hope of being able to laugh at that little turd Maradonna.
That was there until fairly recently (ie last 10 years or so) wasn't it? I'm sure we nipped in there to pick up a couple of slim pannatellas after school once
You seem quite angered by this whole thing. Are you a union person? They always seem angry.
Look, we will be having a True Blue government, and about time too, so you may as well try to calm down a bit.
Well done - you're improving. You've managed to separate the two issues.
The next step is recognising that point 2 is the important one, not point 1. Of course there are also a lot of people who think that repeating number 2 at an even more extreme level with Wigley was the real mistake.
