I thought I would post a positive thread as an antidote to all the negative posts that are around Having Supported Saints now for 51 years. I still look forward to each season with excitement and enthusiasm that we will win some silver wear. a league , get into europe etc. Next season will be no different. I want to buy a season ticket again , but it is not viable as I would not get to see many games due to sky etc living in the wilds of Orkney I have seen bad times and but lots of great seasons I have seen players come and go, I was disappointed whent eh likes of Steve Williams, Martin Chivers and Micky Channon and even Jeff kenna when they left but we always have some one to take their place who is either just as good or better. Its the same with walcott and chamberlain, in my opinion we now have better players I have watched us play in europe, My only disappointment if you can call it that was when we finished 2nd to Liverpool and were banned due to the Heysel stadium disaster I hope that no players are sold but I am realistic that nothing is forever player wise But my enthusiasm for Sainst will never change, I have a real passion for the club come wind rain or sunshine Mock me if you must but I wear my heart on my sleeve when it comes to saints The Fuures Bright , the Futures red and white

wasnt the five year plan to get back to the premiership for this season and then to stay in it for this season and then moving on from their towards qualifying for Europe. Did we not achieve getting back to the premiership i year earlier than expected? If this is the case we would have been embarking on a new 5 year plan anyway

There are some real numpties about misinterpreting everything saints and I'm talking about some of the comedians on this site I just turned on my iPad and a headline from team saints said mp hinting at major changes ahead I look at the tweet from this numpty Nabil Hassan some reporter talking about spinning a story Pochettino: "We are coming to the end of a five-year project. Tomorrow we will sit down and talk and decide everything."

Football is football . Players do move on occasionally . For a multitude of reasons . Look at Bale . That was a ridiculous offer by real . Look at players at big big clubs there stars move on . Look at Ronaldo to name one . Just because you play at a big club around the world sometimes doesn't mean your going to keep your very best players I think the transfer market will be very quiet for the next couple of months due to the World Cup . Then you will see lots if activity . Unless there are some good players that are in relegated clubs that some teams might want to snap up . As for me I quietly confidence that everything will be fine whatever players we have . I'm not going to be derailed by some of the negativity that is continually spouted off
