hole puncture re I hope Snowden gets the NPP, I believe history will remember him in a good light. I have the complete opposite view He was employed in a position of trust, he brole that trust, If he didnt like what he was emplyed to do , he should have left and found a different Job He4 betrayed his employers and his colleagues and no doubt put others in danger Do you think the Chinese and Russian were going to destroy the information he supplied Now they will use the key and secret information he had for their own use Sorry guys who are pro snowden. Im not . He should have stayed in the USA and face the consequences of his action Just remind me how much freedom of choice you have in Russia and venezuela his prefered country of residence, Snowden is a traitor and betrayed his country , he sold his soul to the devil

I see that Snowden the whistle blower has been nominated for this years peace prize . If he wins it the award will lose all credibility . How many people has he put in danger because of all the data he stole ? Where does he live in a land of the free and total democracy . Yeh right Russia

So many positives so many smiles and our new owner's smile said it all just like her dad at Wembley did . She promised some smiles and she has delivered Ps should we have had a penalty in the 2nd half?

This story made me laugh Methane gas released by dairy cows has caused an explosion in a cow shed in Germany, police said. The roof was damaged and one of the cows was injured in the blast in the central German town of Rasdorf. Thanks to the belches and flatulence of the 90 dairy cows in the shed, high levels of the gas had built up. Then "a static electric charge caused the gas to explode with flashes of flames" the force said in a statement quoted by Reuters news agency. Emergency services attended the farm and took gas readings to test for the risk of further blasts, said local media. Cows are believed to emit up to 500 litres of methane each per day. Cattle ranching is a polluting business - methane is a potent greenhouse gas and cows also release large amounts of ammonia, which can lead to toxic acidification of soil and water bodies

Interesting the way statistics are mis used toady it was reported that Shetland has been battered by arguably the worst spell of protracted winter gales seen since 1993, according to Fair Isle weatherman Dave Wheeler. “This run of poor weather with incessant strong winds and frequent gales is probably the worst since 1993,” Wheeler said, referring to the storms of 21 years ago which pushed the Braer oil tanker onto the rocks. He explained that an area of high pressure sitting over Scandinavia, which is experiencing dry and cold conditions with little snow, was blocking areas of low pressure to the west of Scotland. That is resulting in seemingly “endless” south easterlies. No mention of climatic change , but the winds were worse before 1993 in terms of Sustained periods of gales etc . And yes it it is equally bad in Orkney as well . Several ships have taken refuge in Kirkwall bay tonight . -

There are those that mock the stoneham initiative . But it was the only site available and we were desperate for a new stadium. No other site was available even in the previous 30 odd years . When the old gas work site suddenly and out of the blue came on the table there were still many hoops to jump through. How many of those moaning about Lowe and post Lowe turned up at various HCC and the Southampton Town hall meeting . Not many I would hazard a guess . I was one of those individuals I had my five minutes or whatever it was we had to put our case for the SMS site . Richard Chorley was als in the same group as I. He gave an impressive pro SMS speech as well . I don't have much time for Chorley but on that day we were comrades in arms . Also how many on here spent hours of their own time speaking to the residents the local ethnic communities mosques , temples etc i did and I'm proud that my small part had a positive impact on the st Mary's coming to fruition It's easy to focus on the negative parts of our stadium part but there was a lot of work going on behind the scenes by fol like me and that also includes Chorley and co -

I think some are. Being a tad disingenuous about Lowe and Cowan re Stoneham and SMS depending on who you want to believe I was part of the say yes to Stoneham group and the. Part of the group re SMS . I lobbied and gave impassioned speaches etc at the town hall re both sites . I think all those involved played a big part in getting SMS I took loads of ethnic communities to the dell to watch games and to understand that the game was now family orientated and was no longer the hooliganistic 1970 era
