Not if you're in Southampton. Southern Water have a hosepipe ban in place but it doesn't affect this area although they make it very difficult to establish that point on their website. Like the metering; they dont bother to mention that OFWAT say you are entitled to refuse to be billed by volume even though they have the right to install a meter. They just say thats how they are going to bill you, and once you have accepted (ie not objected to) it you cannot then revert to the rated billing.

Fair comment turks and I agree wholeheartedly, but they are often the hardest teams to beat; the ones with precisely f*ck all to lose. They are already relegated, how sweet would it be for them to show their fans they can play, and against the best side in the division? (well, possibly second best?) Nobody expects them to get anything at SMS, that is a dangerous game for us if we still need to win it.
