Wer I was it was very loud most of the game, but 4 sum of tve second half b4 we scored wen we wernt playing great, u could feel the tension and then the sheer disappointment that followed the elation between the two late goals! In the gym watching final score. After listening to a group of skates commenting on how saints were bottling it when they put up a 'as it stands table' with reading top, the first went in and I jumped in the air and shouted, their faces were stunned! Then wen the winner went in I hugged my mate (doing pull ups at the time and almost pulled him down) and started singing t'hat's why were top of the league' with a very happy and smug look on my face! If only Bristol city had got a late winner at Jurassic park.........they all went very quiet after that!

Just an idea for those who booked on the phone. Check your online order history, I did to see the exact seat numbers i had been given, to my amazement after an hour wait to get through, the girl who served me allocated an extra two Donnie tickets instead or Portsmouth ones. After an unanswered email and waiting on the phone for another 45 minutes, I was told that this was not a mistake on the online system but I had not been alloacted Portsmouth tickets. After explaining myself several times, I got them to swap them and have now been alloacted tickets in a similar part of Itchen North that I originally thought I had brought. Ive never checked this before so it is a bit wierd that I checked and have know sorted it. Hopfully no one else has suffered from this complete incompetence of the Ticket office staff (they were very good once they understood and the first girl was polite and appologetic for the wait etc, and may just be a one of honest mistake, but does make you wonder).

Yes but they also have to buy Donnie tickets! What if non ST holders buy out all the tickets for this game? Then ST holders won't be able to buy Pompey tickets as they will not be able to buy Doncaster tickets!

Poor reply and reason if that is true! I had a season ticket for 15 years before I came to uni and will get one again when I finish my MSc this year, however Have not been able to afford one but still manage to get to over half home games and a handful of away every year, many other people cant afford to pay out for a seaosn ticket or cant get to everygame. As said by others, this is why we used to have membership. The club limited the time period for getting season tickets and dont offer half season tickets as they seem to prefer individual match sales with the added charges and the potential of extra merchandise sales from new supporters. so why then punish people who havnt purchased a season ticket, with many of them still giving the club as much of an income as season ticket holders.
