I have the company director listing and he isnt on there yet, there is just a company secretary and one named director. The company secretary is down as DM COMPANY SERVICES (a non trading company???)http://bizzy.info/uk/companies/dm_company_services_london_limited/co_no/02535994/ The one director is a guy called Michael Barron who has loads of past directorships so think he just sets up companies ready for use I suspect this is a compnay that has been set up ready for the swiss guys to move into already. So new directors will be appointed if you want it pm me

the basics of it is that ML has offered "x" amount in the pound for the debt. It could be 50p so basically he cleared all the debt for 50%. The creditors ie Aviva and Barclays would have accepted that through the admin team. So of the £24m owned on the stadium, ML has paid £12m. Good business if you ask me!

ML now owns everything. No debt, no overdraft. Thats £2.5m a year saved on mortgage repayments and interest!

For me if it dont happen tomorrow I think we are up the creek! Depending on if the FL give the money from the sales of DMG /Surman, we might be able to fight for another month and hope someone else comes in. But Im very surprised it has got this far considering the legal things that have to be done to get to this stage. My belief / hope is fading

If the Swiss were in Pinnacles position would you all be saying the same thing if they were not completing. I spoke to Um this evening trying to fathom out what Pinnacle would achive by being chancers. 1. They have proved funds 2. Gained an exclusive period with the administrators 3. Completed Due Diiligance 4. Created a board of directors which has been approved by the FL 5. Proved funds to the FL 6. Admitted talking to Keegan 7. Introduced some guy that it seems was very easy to find information out about. 8. Been semi open about there issues with regard to the FL 9. Mark Fry even said he was on their side last week So please can someone tell me why this is waste of time and a hoax, as I dont get it

as well as passing the proof of funds tests twice - the FL and Administrators, and passing the fit for work directors approval from the FL. This is why I dont get it

But my whole point to this is, if doesnt matter who he got in, if their period finished last Friday and they said sorry this isnt for us, we would be in the same position.
